The Sl8te – Cancellation & Credit Policy

At The Sl8te, we value your time and ours. Because each session blocks studio access for other creators, our cancellation policy ensures fairness and scheduling consistency for everyone.

Cancellations & Credits:

• Cancellations made 10 or more days before your booking date are eligible for studio credit only (no refunds).
• Credits are valid for 90 days from the original booking date and can be applied toward a future session.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the booking are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling:

• One-time rescheduling may be permitted if requested at least 7 days before your session.
• Reschedules made within 7 days are treated as new bookings.

Why We Do This:

Your booking reserves our space, staff, and setup time exclusively for you. This policy helps us keep the studio running smoothly and available for all creators.
